Introduction

Strategic Communication in the Public Sector

As the spokesperson for the Austrian Minister of Justice and later for the Minister of Finance from 2017 to 2019, I was responsible for communicating complex political and economic issues, including the national budget and major tax reforms. These responsibilities gave me a deep understanding of how to effectively convey and strategically position intricate topics.

International Leadership in the Industry

​

Within the industrial holding (MTC AG), I was involved in strategic projects focused on subsidiary development, M&A activities, and market analysis. Later, at the leading German battery manufacturer (VARTA AG), I held an international management role with P&L responsibility for over 60 employees worldwide. In this capacity, I led teams across the USA, Asia with offices in New York, Singapore, Tokio, Shenzhen, Shanghai und Taipei driving market expansion in these regions and overseeing the industrialization of printed batteries. This role honed my expertise in global business strategies, internationales sales, and the successful execution of innovation projects.

Entrepreneurial Initiatives in the Start-up Sector

In parallel, as Co-Founder I founded together with great partners my own ventures, including Rafal Studios, a Vienna-based production house that created short films, music videos, and commercials from 2012 to 2022. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I launched together with Marc Vesely DeliveryTest GmbH, a Vienna-based start-up offering PCR gargle tests with results delivered within hours. These entrepreneurial ventures deepened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the start-up ecosystem.

Academic Background and Engagement

My academic education at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA specializing in Energy and Technology Management, sharpened my understanding of the intersection between business and innovation. This solid foundation complements my professional experience with an analytical and strategic perspective essential for developing technical and economic solutions.

Additionally, I serve as a volunteer delegate of the Funding Board at the eXplore! Initiative, an independent organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and practice-oriented research. In this role, I contribute to identifying and supporting promising projects to advance economic progress and sustainable innovation.
